Despite multiple emails, the order took way longer than promised, which was really disappointing. What was supposed to be a thoughtful gift ended up being a belated one, which took away from the excitement.

میں نے چار شرٹس آڈر کیں تھیں جو کہ مجھے مل گئی ہیں تمام شرٹس بہت زبردات ہیں لیکن ایک شرٹس وائیٹ والی غلط سائیز بھیج دی تو برائے مھربانی میں یہ تبدیل کروانا چاہتا ہوں۔۔۔اور بھی شرٹس میں نے آڈر کرنی ہیں پہلے مہرا یہ مئسلہ حل کریں۔۔بہت شکریہ

I ordered three shirts, two were smart fit which I did not noticed while placing ordered. So I want to replace it and I contact on Aruba's whatsapp number, the gentleman Mr. Hamza responded p[positively and said we will replace theses shirt with correct size, than he said either send us back via courier or you can visit our shop at Samia Mall Gulshan. I went there and meet another gentleman Mr. Osama in a day he solved my problem and I got my shirts replaced.
Cutting long story short, I have NEVER experienced such a marvellous customer service from an online ordered. Normally its apush back attitude from vendor but Aruba's customer service is too excellent on top the quality and price are too accurate. Aruba Fashion Management please take good care of your team they are best.

Absolutely loved the stitching, fitting, and fabric – everything is top-notch! Just felt the prices are a bit on the higher side. It would be great if you could consider making them a little more budget-friendly
